Your privacy.

Information we collect.

When you sign up, we collect your email address, the time of your request and the exact version of the sign-up notice you agreed to. We also record email confirmation and retain earlier consent and opt-out records. Submitting the form alone does not verify that you own the email address.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network information to help prevent automated abuse. Our website host and security services also process technical information about visits. Temporary security checks use protected identifiers based on email addresses and, when available from our trusted host, IP addresses. For details, see Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

How we use your information.

We send an email asking you to confirm your interest. Only after you confirm do we add you to our launch updates. We use your information to send those updates, record your consent, respect your choices and keep the website safe. If you did not request the confirmation email, you can ignore it or unsubscribe.

We use Neon PostgreSQL to store sign-up, consent and preference records, Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form, Netlify to run the website, and Resend to deliver confirmation emails and launch updates. After confirmation, we synchronize your address with our launch list in Resend while respecting opt-outs.

This website does not add advertising trackers or audience analytics.

Keeping your information safe.

We use encrypted connections, restricted access and checks that help protect the form from misuse. Your email address is not displayed publicly. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Your email preferences.

You can unsubscribe using the link in your confirmation email or launch updates. You can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@casapiatta.com. Please contact us if someone else submitted your address.

Unsubscribe links in earlier emails remain available. A valid unsubscribe stops updates in our records immediately, and we retry synchronization with Resend if needed. Another form submission does not sign an opted-out address up again.

How long we keep information.

Sign-up records, earlier consent and email history, and opt-out records do not currently have an automatic deletion date. We retain opt-out records to respect your choice to stop updates. You can ask us to delete your information using the contact below.

Expired form-security counters are cleared gradually as the form is used. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. We retry pending email and preference updates on a schedule, but do not automatically delete consent, email history or opt-out records. We review those records when handling retention and deletion requests.

If you used an earlier version of this website, email-service copies and team notification emails may still exist. Those records and any backups need separate consideration when handling a deletion request. Withdrawing consent stops launch updates; it does not erase every copy of your information.

Your choices and rights.

To ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or exercise your privacy rights, email privacy@casapiatta.com. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request is yours.

To withdraw consent or request deletion, email privacy@casapiatta.com. There is no self-service deletion option on this website. We may retain a minimal opt-out record to ensure that we continue to respect your withdrawal.

Changes to this notice.

We may update this notice as the coming-soon website changes. We’ll post the latest version here with its updated date.
